A CNC machine for production of different types of wire bends. Any 2D wire bends at various angles and radius can be achieved. A simple programming language of CNC Controller enables easy programming of the part with conventional G and M codes. A desktop software provided with the machine is capable to convert drawing to machine language. Feeding and bending are CNC axis and wire cutting is accomplished with a hydraulic cutter. Pneumatic pressure over feed rolls assure uniform pressure. A wide base platform gives support to larger bending parts.
